PRODUCT WARRANTY

Nine Gs LLC warrants all its products and assembly against manufacturing defects for a duration of one (1) year from the product’s billing date. The coverage is specifically limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item which is the full scope of this warranty. The warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and it is not transferable.

Products not manufactured nor assembled by Nine Gs LLC are covered by their original manufacturer’s warranty.

Nine Gs LLC will determine eligibility for warranty based on proof and date of purchase and type of defects. After reviewing the product, if it is concluded that defects are due to manufacturing, a decision will be made to replace or repair the product depending on the extent of the defects. For a replaced product, the manufacturer’s warranty will last one (1) year from the time of replacement. For a repaired product, the warranty will remain valid to the end of one (1) year from the original product’s billing date.

Nine Gs LLC excludes from product warranty coverage for any defects, damage or failure resulting directly or indirectly from normal wear and tear, negligence or accidents, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or neglect, or any normal use outside of the intended design objectives stated for the product in question. This warranty is void in its entirety by any unauthorized product modification, repair, alteration, improper assembly, and/or installation of inadequate parts or accessories.

Nine Gs LLC does not offer refunds. For approved claims, replacement or repair of the product will be done at no charge if the product is returned within the first year. No repairs are offered for products with expired warranty.

This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights and does not affect statutory rights which may vary from place to place.

Nine Gs Crash Replacement Policy
In case of damage caused by accidents or unpredictable events, Nine Gs offers replacement products with a 15% discount from the  advertised price for the product at the time of replacement, with original proof of purchase. The crash replacement policy is valid for 3 years from the original purchase date. Nine Gs reserves the right not to apply the crash replacement policy if it is concluded that a rider may have deliberately damaged the product to receive a new one.

Internal damage in a carbon fiber composite part may not be noticed or detected by conventional inspection methods. Nine Gs strongly recommends replacing carbon parts rather than repairing them if they have been involved in a direct crash.

Nine Gs rims and wheels or any other Nine Gs products not bought through the Nine Gs Web Site or any authorized Dealer/Agent are not covered by the Nine Gs Product Sales Warranty and Crash Replacement Policy.
